As the Vice President of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in Advyzon’s growth and success by driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. - 8+ years of experience in customer success, client services, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling a customer success or service organization in a high-growth company, ideally within fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial advisors' needs and challenges is a significant plus.
- Exceptional ability to manage and motivate teams, driving both individual and organizational performance.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing customer success tools and processes.

We’re seeking a salesperson to join our growing team! This person will be responsible for marketing and selling the Advyzon platform to the financial advisor community within a specific geographic territory. The chosen candidate will develop strong relationships, uncover new opportunities and do what it takes to help Advyzon grow. Candidates must be self-starters with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. This position will require some travel.

Advyzon is seeking a detail-oriented data operations professional to support our alternative investment data process, leveraging advanced technologies and tools to manage and validate investment data.
- Onboard new clients’ alternative investments by working with client service team, custodians and fund administrators
- Serve as an extension of our client’s back office by managing the entire post-trade processing of alternative investments
- Validate and process alternatives investment data for clients using various tools and technologies
- Collect, analyze and process into Advyzon alternative investment data and notices, including Capital Call Notices, Distribution Notices, and Capital Account Statements
- Resolve exceptions to ensure accuracy of alternative investment transactions and valuations
- Collaborate across Product, and Engineering team to optimize alternative investment data processing
- Coordinate with clients, the client service team, fund managers, and fund administrators to address data-related issues
- Support the migration or building of historical data for alternative investments using various sources
- Maintain and improve alternatives investment data operations workflow procedures
- Prior experience in alternative investment data entry or data operations is preferred

- Develop our flagship web-based Advyzon product, with focus on either back-end or front-end, using HTML5, C++/C/Java, Vue and Ruby on Rails.
